Quercus resinosa is a Mexican species of oak in the beech family. It is to central and western Mexico, from Nayarit south to Michoacán and east as far as San Luis Potosí.[1] Description Quercus resinosa is a deciduous tree up to 15 meters tall with a trunk as much as 70 cm in diameter.
