Aloe Family

Perennial herbs or subshrubs. Leaves distichous. Inf. a terminal panicle (in ours). Flowers (in ours) actinomorphic, bisexual, borne on articulated pedicels. Tepals 6, in 2 ± equal whorls of 3.
