Blackstonia perfoliata or yellow-wort is a species of flowering plant in the family Gentianaceae found around the Mediterranean Basin, but extending into northwestern Europe. Description Yellow-wort grows from ten to fifty centimetres (four to twenty inches), tall with stiff, branching stems.
