American Evergreen

Initially growing along the ground the plant has simple, deeply cordate leaves, typical for many species in Araceae. Under favorable conditions it may become a vigorous climber and the leaves become pamately to pedately divided. Inflorescences in pseudo-umbellate clusters, whitish.
